    Shepeard Community Blood Center is now opening a new collection center in downtown
    Dublin, GA! We have been the local blood provider in the Augusta, GA, Evans, GA,
    and Aiken, SC area and for over 40 years, and currently serve 23 surrounding hospitals.
    The Dublin Shepeard Centerwill reward donors for their time with a compensation model
    that includes electronic gift cards or an opportunity to donate back to nonprofits in the
    Dublin area. The blood products that Shepeard collects go to patients in area hospitals
    in GA and SC. Shepeard depends on you and the community’s partnership to help save
    local lives.

    Donor Services Team Lead Success Snapshot:
    1.   Has Associates Degree or 5 years apheresis/transfusion work experience.
    2.   Leads day-to-day center operational activities ensuring a high level of employee
    morale and  productivity.
    3.   Familiar with all phases of Apheresis and can demonstrate proficiency in
    Apheresis Collection procedures following Standard Operating Procedures.
    4.   Has excellent leadership and computer skills and is capable of evaluating donor
    screening, phlebotomy, packing/transporting blood/blood components and quality control.
    5.   Makes Customer Care a top priority and meets/exceeds customer expectations
    while adhering to established quality practices.
    6.   Actively participates in training sessions for phlebotomists to ensure that everyone
    on the team possesses the knowledge to run a flawless operation.
