Customer Service Representative

Sammons Bracewell Insurance has an immediate opening for a customer service representative. Applicants should be friendly, professional and possess strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multi-task in an office environment. No prior insurance knowledge is required but strong work ethic is a MUST!! Duties include answering and routing phone calls, filing, greeting customers and assessing their needs and other general office duties. Motivated and ambitious employees have the opportunity for advancement. This is a full time, in person position, Monday through Friday 9:00am- 5:00pm.
