First Friday Means Business the Dublin-Laurens County Chamber's informative monthly program held during the breakfast hour. This event features a key-note speaker who addresses issues of interest to the community as well as updates from the city, county, chamber and from the event sponsor. The event will be held in the McGrath Keen Sr. Conference Center from 7:30 - 9:00 a.m. on the first Friday of each month and will be attended by many of the Dublin-Laurens County top business managers and leaders. Breakfast is included as part of the program.
Program: State of Education 2021-2022
Guest speakers: Dr. Fred Williams, Superintendent, Dublin City Schools; Clifford Garnto, Superintendent, Laurens County Board of Education; and Jeremy Blackstock, Headmaster, Trinity Christian School.
Other guest speakers will include Lance Jones, City of Dublin; Trae Kemp, Laurens County Commission; Representative, Chamber of Commerce and Representative, Serenity Hospice Care.
