Fairview Park Hospital is a state-of-the art, 190-bed acute
care facility providing community health care services including
more than 40 departments and specialty areas. Fairview Park's
highly qualified and experienced medical professionals have
made us a leader in innovative specialty areas with unique
centers for Cardiac Catherization, Women's Imaging, Sleep
Disorders, Nutrition, Pain Management and The Kidz Place,
which serves children suffering from pediatric illnesses and

Fairview Fitness Park, adjacent to Fairview Park Hospital,
offers members the latest in fitness equipment, classes and
training by certified and degreed staff. The Fitness Park
also offers a Jr. Olympic size pool and access to an outdoor
track located around the edge of a tranquil pond with numerous
forms of wildlife.
The
Carl Vinson VA Medical Center is located on a beautifully
landscaped 75-acre tract in Dublin, Georgia. Originally built
by the Navy in the early 1940’s, the Veterans Administration
acquired the facility in 1948. A primary and secondary care
facility, the medical center has 750 employees and 340 operating
beds, including 34 for medical/surgical care; 161 for nursing
home care; and 145 for domiciliary care, which includes a
Domiciliary Care Homeless Veterans Program (DCHVP).
Comprehensive care was provided to over 26,000 veterans in
Middle and South Georgia during FY 2005. The outpatient clinics
at the Dublin medical center provide ambulatory care and primary
care services, including optometry and women’s health. Extended
care and nursing home services are also available. Specialized
programs include Cardiology, Pulmonary, Neurology, General
Surgery, Podiatry, Urology, and Physical Therapy. Mental Health
services are offered as well and include treatment for Substance
Abuse, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and General Psychiatric
care. In addition to services at the Dublin medical center,
Primary Care and Mental Health services are available at two
community based outpatient clinics (CBOC’s) in Macon and Albany,
Georgia. VA staff members also conduct a weekly primary care
outreach clinic for veterans residing at the Georgia War
Veterans Home in Milledgeville.

Rehabilitation Center, Shriver Management,
